Traits and packs
How a trait pack lands in a Series Lab series, and how to edit options: name, weight and prompt.
Trait, option, pack
A trait is what changes between NFTs: hair, outfit, background. An option is one variant of a trait. A pack is a ready set of traits and options.
A pack and your series are separate copies
Apply pack copies the traits into this series' preset. From then on you edit your copy. Later edits in the pack library do not rewrite series you already saved. You can save the current set back out as your own pack.
Built-in packs
pfp-core— a portrait: haircut, hair colour, expression, glasses, outfit, accessories, skin tone, background.brand-mascot— a mascot: silhouette, colour, accent, pose, prop, emotion.fine-art— a painting: technique, palette, brushwork, composition, light.abstract-series— abstraction: shapes, pattern, texture, colour, rhythm.
The option editor
In the Constructor each trait has a table of variants.
- Name — what people see. Your own language is fine.
- Weight — how often the variant is drawn. Use a number of at least 1. A weight of 10 appears ten times as often as a weight of 1.
- Prompt — the English fragment that goes to the generator.
- You can add, duplicate or delete a variant.
Pairs that cannot coexist
If two variants cannot sit in one frame (for example a hat that crops a large hairstyle), set a conflict between them. The studio will not write that pair into a recipe.
Next to the traits
Keep-phrases appear in every prompt. The style lock holds angle, light, mood and framing. Save the prompt and traits before you build recipes on the next tab.
If a variant is already a file, put the PNG in layers/<trait>/<value>.png. Compose layers on Generate stacks it on the base image. The options table does not show the file path. A value of None paints no layer.
